3.01.22 - Erectors continue to hang steel. The framing crews began framing the front facades. The paving crew will start pouring the paving soon,

1.23.24 - Final clean is complete. Landscaping is installed.

12.15.23 - The Katy Commercial Suites are finished and are available for Lease or Sale. Spaces range from 2,088 SF to 12,529 SF,

10.04.23 - The landscaping is scheduled for this week, and the power is to be turned on this week.

4.20.23 - The last of the paving was poured last night. Erectors continue to sheet the buildings,

10.13.22 - Site crewmen broke ground this week on the Katy Industrial Condos. Crewmen have scraped the site and are beginning the pads,

9.22.22 - Our crews are breaking ground this week on a new Industrial Condominium project in Katy, TX. Two 11,830 SF units are under construction in the Katy-Hockley Business Park Development (4107 and 4109 Katy Hockley Rd). The condominiums will total 23,660 SF and will be ready Q2 2023.

Independence Business Park Phase 3

7.17.23 -  Site crews began to scrape the site for the third phase of the Independence Business Park for Finial Group. We are building three office / warehouse buildings total (Building 2, Building 6, and Building 7, each being pre-engineered metal buildings with horizontal architectural panels and limestone offices. Bldg 2 will be 46,378 SF with a 2,855 SF office. Building 6 will be a 18,525 SF crane-ready building with a 2,025 SF office, and Building 7 will be a 25,425 SF crane-ready building with a 2,025 SF office.

5.25.23 - Interior crews continue to hang sheetrock. The paving crew is laying out the remainder of paving to be poured,

3.08.23 - Erectors completed their work hanging the steel. The fire sprinkler contract are hanging pipe. The dirt crewmen are cutting grades,

1.17.23 - Crews are pouring the foundation for Humble Sign’s new 35,722 SF facility. Their new facility includes a two-story office and a crane-served warehouse for manufacturing. We built for Humble Sign in 2018 and are excited to be working with them again.

10.13.22 - Erectors are getting close to closing in the South end of the building,

9.29.22 - Exterior sheeting and interior insulated sheeting are underway,

9.27.22 - Additional paving is poured. M&M Erectors have erected the steel and are installing the wall sheeting,

Closner Equipment Co. | New Office, Warehouse, Repair Bays and Wash Bays | Waller, TX

7.06.22 - The pad and utilities are complete. Crews will begin drilling the piers this week,

5.16.22 - Sitework continues,

5.15.22 - The project consists of erecting 4 buildings for the Closner Equipment Co.

The buildings are Office, Warehouse, Repair Bays, and a Wash Bay.

Total is about 6.5 acres with new grading, drainage, and paving plan. Lot will be fenced with automatic gates installed.

Detention pond had 858 cubic yards of dirt removed per the civil engineering plans for the offset of drained water. This portion of the project is complete.

Independence Business Park (Finial Group)| 43,000 SF of New Office/Warehouses | Houston, TX

This project includes two ground-up spec office/warehouses totaling 43,000 SF. Scope of project also includes extending the business park's private drive and utilities.  

3.02.22 - Buildings 4 and 8 are completed,

2.18.22 - Wrapping up work on Buildings 4 and 8,

12.29.21 - Stucco and masonry to begin. Landscaping continues for Bldg 4 and began today for Bldg 8. Electricians are digging up the underground conduit to AT&T's conduit at both bldgs,

12.23.21 - Ceiling tile installation continues for Buildings 4 & 8, fixtures are installed in both buildings, receptacles and can lights are going in today in both buildings, and crews are hooking up the condenser units for Buildings 4 and 8,

12.16.21 - Flooring continues,

11.05.21 - Waiting on one piece of glass to be installed above the door on Building 8. Plumbers are ready for fixtures as soon as the floors are installed. Electrial work continues for both buildings. 

10.29.21 - The OH door installation continues for Building 8. Plumbers are also installing the water heater and pipe for Building 8. Electricians continue their work on Buildings 4 and 8,

10.22.21 - Crews cleaned and backfilled around the seven new concrete drainage flumes. Crews are installing lights and ceiling grid in Buildng 4. Waiitng on AC materials for buildings 4 and 8,

9.07.21 - Northwinds crewmen are working to back fill the south side of Bldg 8, next to the drainage ditch, and dress it up. M&M Erectors continue the wall panel installation on Bldg 4,

8.24.21 - Erectors are lifting Bldg #4's roof,

8.18.21 - Paving was poured for Bldg #8. Erectors are lifting Bldg #4,

7.24.21 - Foundation was poured this morning for Bldg #4,

7.02.21 - Crewmen continue to lay out the sub-sub grade in the paving areas around Bldg. 4 & 8, and are cutting to grade to prepare for select fill,

6.25.21 - We are resuming select fill in the paving areas around pad #8. Cutting the paving sub grade in the west end of pad #4 to be able to get a minimum of 8” of select fill and compacted. Plumbers are backfilling trenches.

6.12.21 - Windrowing the select fill on Pad 4 and on Pad 8 to help pull the moisture out. Regrading and compacting to get ready for their test on Monday morning. Working on the ditch on the north side of BLDG. 8. Shaping and grading to drain to the pond inlet.

6.11.21 - Site crewmen are laying down the select fill that was stock piled yesterday on Pad 4 and began laying down the select fill that was stock piled yesterday on Pad 4. Crews started the first lift on pad 8, compacting in lifts. The plumbers continue working on the 8” water tie in and continued digging their trench. 

6.10.21 - Site crewmen began the select fill in Pad 4 and are compacting in lifts.

6.09.21 - Crews are cutting bldg. pad 4 & 8 to sub grade (in preparation for select fill). Running the 324 over pad 8 to compact it. Back filling stabilized. Back filling stabilized sand over the 2 culverts. Began the layout and grading on the north side ditch,

6.08.21 - Cutting bldg. pad 4 to sub grade and starting on pad 8 to prepare for select fill. Running the Roller and 324 over pad 4 to compact it.

6.07.21 - Starting the 24” & 15” coverts - excavating to grade, building up hdpe bed with stabilized sand, laying the pipe and back fill to 6” from top of pipe for city inspections. Cutting bldg. pad #4 to sub grade to prepare for select fill.
